Full Description: The occasion of the photograph is probably a Royal Review of the troops at Aldershot, during which time members of the Royal family would stay at the Royal Pavilion for the Review. Prince George, dressed in naval uniform and standing behind and to the right of his father George V, later became Duke of Kent. Princess Mary, seated next to her father was the only daughter of the King and became Princess Royal. She later married the Earl of Harewood. The Senior Army officers are unidentified as is the unknown lady seated to the right of the King and Queen. |
