| Full Description: The hospital was situated in St. Georges Road and was opened in 1897 as a cottage hospital and later extended several times. In 1977 it was demolished and a centre for the Church of Latter Day Saints was built in its place.
This was the commemorative tablet on the wall of the new children's ward opened in May 1934. |
