Full Description: The Queen is walking up the slope to the viewing dais, accompanied by other members of the Royal Family to watch "Battle Royal" a review of the Household Troops in their fighting role. With her are her two youngest sons, Prince Andrew, Prince Edward and the Duke of Edinburgh. Behind them are the Prince of Wales and Princess Anne." Battle Royal" started with 19th century battlefield scenes followed by demonstrations of a modern battle in which the seven regiments of the Household Division were deployed in their several and varied roles, supported by aircraft of the Royal Air Force. |
