Brief Description: Photograph of the cross in Stratton Park marking the site of the demolished Church of All Saints about 1890.
Subject Date: About 1890

Full Description: The old church was demolished when the new All Saints Church was built on a new site to the south. This was designed by Sir Thomas Jackson and built 1885-90. The high stone cross, in a grove of yew trees, was probably erected by the Earl of Northbrook, owner of Stratton Park. It lay close to Stratton House.
