Brief Description: Clip from A Name To Remember, a short film made by Huntley & Palmers
Subject Date: 1958

Full Description: A Name to Remember was made in 1958. It follows a guided tour of the factory. People had first visited the factory in the 1850s. Organised tours, led by women guides, began in 1919 and continued until the 1960s. This clip illustrates how the biscuits were weighed and quality checked to ensure that the strict Huntley & Palmers standards were being maintained.
